Booking the flights was easy and I am happy with them. Although when I went to check some information I struggled as the reference I needed on my paperwork was not obvious. I also booked a hotel I since seen some feedback and now not sure I habVe made the right choice.

Отвратительнвй сервис! Мне нужно было 2 билета, с разной датой обратного полёта. Я бронировала одновременно, и на одном из билетов сайт завис. Когда я попробовала забронировать ещё раз они подняли цену более чем на 100$. Я позвонила, объяснила ситуацию, мне сказали, что у них больше нет билетов по такой цене. И предлагали купить дороже. Я не стала и воспользовадась другой компанией.

My email and phone no weren't uploaded on the airline website by Travelpack, hence I couldn't book a seat or manage my booking on the airline site (Saudia). Had to call 4-5 times and spent over an hour+ in calls waiting for the support staff at Travelpack to get this sorted. Most of them said they would do it after the call, and did not. Had to pressurize the last girl to do it as I was on the call. Not sure if it was laziness or incompetence.

Got my eticket on time
I have used Travelpack for many years for custom designed holidays and have built up individual relationships with the Glasgow office for the USA and with Wembley for India,Thailand ,Cambodia,and Malaysia .I have always received first class service although I have learnt that package prices are negotiable and have never had any problems on holiday . Whilst it would be cheaper to book holidays direct I prefer to pay a bit extra so that all elements such as transfers and last minute changes are handled efficiently
